Epoxy resin is an excellent material for many jobs. The hardener added to epoxy resin is the main component defining yellowing resistance.<\/p>\n

The hardener for our resins has very good UV resistance.\u00a0 However, we recommend the use of a UV blocker – especially for projects with resins for outdoor use, as with prolonged exposure to UV radiation the resins can yellow and lose their water tightness.<\/strong><\/p>\n

With a dedicated UV stabilizer<\/strong> (UV blocker) we can prevent yellowing and loss of water tightness.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Simply add 1% UV<\/strong> blocker to the resin\/hardener mixture to significantly increase its resistance<\/strong> to adverse conditions or add UV stabilizer to the resin and after mixing add hardener.<\/p>\n

The UV stabilizer does not affect the color or transparency of the resin.<\/p>\n

Using the supplied syringe you can easily and accurately dose the stabilizer.<\/p>\n
